Terms of Service

1. Service Description

HaulHQ provides a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for junk removal and dumpster rental operations, including lead management, job scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, payment collection, and customer communication tools.

2. Account Eligibility

To use HaulHQ, you must be a business entity or sole proprietor, at least 18 years of age, and based in the United States.

3. Pricing

• Monthly subscription: $0 (free)
• Per-job fee: $1.50 per completed job
• Stripe Connect application fee: 1.5% on card payments
• Monthly cap per service type: $149/month per active service type (junk removal, dumpster rental, etc.)
• New account promotion: First 5 completed jobs free
• Website add-on: $20/month (optional, billed separately)

4. Payment

Platform fees are invoiced monthly via Stripe. You agree to maintain a valid payment method on file.

5. Stripe Connect

You are the merchant of record for your customer transactions. HaulHQ facilitates payment processing via Stripe Connect and collects application fees as described in Section 3.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all business data, customer records, job history, and other content you create within HaulHQ.

7. Data Portability

You may export all data at any time through Settings > Data in CSV format.

8. Cancellation

Cancel anytime. Data remains available for export for 90 days, then is permanently deleted.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HaulHQ for illegal activity, platform abuse, or to interfere with other users' access.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HaulHQ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Pima County, Arizona.

12. SMS Communications

Program Name: HaulHQ SMS Notifications

Message Types: By providing your mobile phone number during account creation, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from HaulHQ. These messages include:

• Job assignment and dispatch notifications
• Booking confirmations and schedule updates
• Payment received and invoice notifications
• Estimate request alerts
• Driver check-in and completion confirmations
• Account security codes and verification
• System alerts (maintenance windows, policy updates)

HaulHQ does not send marketing or promotional SMS. All messages are transactional and directly related to your use of the platform.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your role and account activity. Operators and dispatchers may receive several messages per day during active job periods. Drivers receive messages when assigned to or updated on jobs. Customers receive messages related to their specific bookings.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. HaulHQ does not charge separately for SMS notifications.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any HaulHQ message to cancel SMS notifications. You will receive a single confirmation message. You may also disable SMS in your account settings under Settings > Notifications.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. HaulHQ supports messaging on all major US carriers.

13. Modifications

We may update these terms with 30 days email notice to active account holders.
